About Me

mmmmm where to start ....fun, approachable and have a very healthy thirst for all that life has to offer ..as long as it causes harm to no-one. will give most things a go at least once. Have a very active emerging spirituality, strong work ethic and I guess in many way I am a typical Aquarian. Living these four agreements is important to me: (1) Be Impeccable with your Word (2) Don't Take Anything Personally (3) Don't Make Assumptions (4) Always Do Your Best. Love my job as a social work lecturer, with years of mental health practice behind me. But don't take me for a wooly-headed no sense of reality fool - I have lived life, been to the bottom and and got back again and have a healthy respect for life. Every day is a new day full of opportunities. My kids (they don't live with me), my family and my friends are the most important things in life for me ....far greater than any money or possessions - for my closest I would go to the end of the earth and lay down my life if it would help. Interests

Indoors &; Outdoors - swimming, want to learn to surf, mountain biking, roller blading, hanging out with firends, dancing, fishing, cooking, movies .....will give most anything a go once and will do it again if i like it!! Metaphysics/esoteric arts and occult an growing interest and have found out I am a pretty adept Tarot Reader Am actively learning Te Reo Maori and developing my understanding of Te Ao Maori

If it sounds good I will listen to it ...always to have tunes, and it depends on the mood really ....my collection is eceletic and ever growing....rock, metal, dance/trance, retro stuff and much more

Favorite Movies

Sci-Fi and Fantasy are a fav but you can catch me watch most anything ...yep even "chick flicks" and I have been know to enjoy them too (check out The Notebook). Recently have seen on DVD Elizabethtown, Aeon Flux, North Country (loved it) and Lord of War (great film)
