If you believe that you have done your best for a love, and even so, youre still all alone, just be light-hearted. The one who goes away has already made up his/her mind to depart; so, the things you do will be of no use but make him/her smirk. Whilst you are wearing yourself out, he/she is always ready to find excuses. No matter how well you do, he/she wont be satisfied and will come up with questions showing discontentment. What you have done is between the devil and the deep blue sea. You are always judged by things you haven’t done; not by your good deeds. There is no extenuating cause in this court, nor does your good conduct mitigate your sentence. When you say to him/her But, I did this for you, he/she will reply;You didn’t do this. And against any word coming out of your mouth, there will certainly be a claim. Don't worry; you lived the love worthily. You missed, drunk, cried, laughed, sang, thought, and wrote poems. Never ask. Then what did he/she do? In love, everyone is responsible for himself/herself. That's his/her problem if he/she is creating obstacles against himself/herself, while you are enjoying to your heart's content the feeling of love. What on earth can you do for a person who has an incomplete life and doesn't force to fill the gap despite being aware of the causes of the lack? You're not in a position to fail to seize the life. If he/she is, then let him/her do it thoroughly. You are going to live your life like you always do. It has been a long time since you learned how to continue living by resting on grieves. Anyway, loneliness is not such a bad thing. Your happiness has never been dependent on just one person. The books that you haven't touched for a while are waiting to be read. Have you forgotten that reading books also makes you glad? You will pretty much enjoy walking through the streets of the town that you haven't been to before and being acquainted with new lives. You will have your rakı (t.n. a Turkish liqueur distilled usually from fermented raisins and flavored with aniseed) along with seafood. Moreover, you're free to get drunk as much as you want... You are among the ones who listen to the voice of their hearts, and you know heart is everything. Even if the ones who don't have any single idea of what the voice of heart is, or who do but don't hear it gives you pain, always remember: that heart will continue living with you as long as you stay alive. That'll do if you maintain your heart and the feeling of passionate love within. Surely, there will come a day when the days of longing the sun will be over. And when that happens, your heart will be filled in with not the polar plants, weak and undersized, but with flowers of the sun...
